Healthiness in the workplace: Gruppo Maio chooses “Active Pure©” technology by Aerus Elettrolux
Gruppo Maio has always defense the health of its workers and defense them from problems related to indoor pollution. To ensure a healthy and safe workplace the Company has chosen the “Pure & Clean” and “Beyond Guardian Air” volumetric sanitizers h24, by Aerus Electrolux.
From today, the offices of the Group’s headquarters in Lanciano and the operating offices of Dupont Energetica in Puglia also benefit from these important devices for the prevention and fight against pathologies related to indoor pollution.
Volumetric sanitizing devices combine a unique combination of technologies, such as ion generation, a sealed filter better than HEPA and photocatalytic oxidation. The strong point that makes the purifier unique is the exclusive ActivePure® technology by the effectiveness proven by various tests conducted in university laboratories and by the action demonstrated against bacteria, all, powders and mushrooms in the air e on surfaces.

Even Gruppo Maio, as Corporate Golden Donor, together with FAI - Fondo Ambiente Italiano to preserve the Italian beauties
Gruppo Maio, through Dupont Energetica, has decided to support the FAI – Fondo Ambiente Italiano by joining the Corporate Golden Donor program.
The Group has always been aware of operating in a sector that interacts directly with the territory where its industrial sites are located. For this reason, the Group wants to integrate a program to protect the Italian naturalistic and landscape heritage within the responsible management system. This is the reason that pushed the Gruppo Maio to choose to support FAI, the Association that in Italy has been dealing, for 45 years, with the protection and management of 66 assets throughout the country. Important historical, artistic and landscape areas saved from neglect, restored, protected and open to the public.
Art and nature are the answer to the country’s demand for resilience and harmonious development.
According to Guglielmo Maio, Operations Director, “the Group has been working with the utmost seriousness and professionalism for several decades in the waste sector, we have always pointed out the importance of ensuring environmental healthiness in the management of our plants. During the planning, implementation and management of our activities, we always keep in mind that the plants must coexist with the territory. Dupont Energetica in the Council of the Environment Section of Confindustria Chieti Pescara
On Wednesday September 23th, 2020, Maurizio Campitelli, Commercial Manager of Dupont Energetica, was elected councillor of the Environment Section of Confindustria Chieti Pescara.
Dupont Energetica (Gruppo Maio’s company) deals with the centralized commercial management of the contracts offered directly by the individual companies of Gruppo, in addition to carrying out brokerage and consultancy activities for the correct disposal of waste for third-party companies.
Since July 2020, following the merger by incorporation of BLEU, the company is responsible for the Canosa di Puglia and Minervino Murge plants. It has acquired the know-how and expertise necessary for environmental remediation and the design, construction and management of landfills (with related processing systems).
Maurizio Campitelli has been managing the Commercial Area for the Grouppo Maio’s companies for over 30 years.
Dupont Energetica becomes a joint-stock company
Starting from September 24th, 2020 "Dupont Energetica" changes company form and becomes a joint-stock company (S.p.A.).
As a consequence of this change, "Dupont Energetica S.p.A." is the reference company for any relationship, even prior to that date.
Merger by incorporation of the company Bleu S.r.l. in the company Dupont Energetica S.r.l.
On 17.07.2020, the merger by incorporation of the company "Bleu S.r.l.” in the company "Dupont Energetica S.r.l.” took place.
Dupont Energetica S.r.l. it uninterruptedly takes over all the assets and liabilities, in every relationship, in all reasons, actions and rights, licenses and authorizations, as well as in all obligations, commitments and liabilities of any nature, of the incorporated Bleu s.r.l
As a consequence of this merger by incorporation, only "Dupont Energetica S.r.l." is operational to which it will be necessary to refer for any relationship, even prior to that date.
