Merger by incorporation of the company Bleu S.r.l. in the company Dupont Energetica S.r.l.
On 17.07.2020, the merger by incorporation of the company "Bleu S.r.l.” in the company "Dupont Energetica S.r.l.” took place.
Dupont Energetica S.r.l. it uninterruptedly takes over all the assets and liabilities, in every relationship, in all reasons, actions and rights, licenses and authorizations, as well as in all obligations, commitments and liabilities of any nature, of the incorporated Bleu s.r.l
As a consequence of this merger by incorporation, only "Dupont Energetica S.r.l." is operational to which it will be necessary to refer for any relationship, even prior to that date.
